BIO
Joel Jackson is the lead singer of the band OneLife and has been active in the music industry for the past 10 years. He has been on tour with Major Label acts, 7EVENTH TIME DOWN, Jason Gray and many others.
Joel also is a co writer for the American Idol contestant, Layla Spring. Joel went on a tour with Layla Spring and went on to do several youtube cover videos with her. “Being on tour with these amazing artists, you learn what makes a good show and how to get the crowd involved and keep a smile on everyone's face during the concert.” says Jackson.
While being the singer of a touring band can be enough of a work-load for nearly anyone, Joel doesn’t stop there. He is also a suicide prevention advocate and recently had a movie come out on amazon prime about his struggles with depression and suicide. Joel regularly makes trips to Nashville to co-write with artists in the city. Joel’s band has opened up for many artists over the years including Switchfoot, Jamie Grace, Fireflight, For King & Country and many others. With all that Joel does, his main passion is singing in ONELIFE and providing the crowd with an incredible experience that they won’t soon forget.
