This is how easy it will be for you when working with us.
- We’ll receive the initial email from you with your basic event information.
- Our staff will check calendars and availability.
- You will receive a phone call from Ray or one of the staff. This call is very important! We’ll get to know about your event, what your goals are, what your concerns may be, and exactly who the audience is. This gives us some very detailed information with which we can offer you suggestions and choices.
- You will receive an email packet that includes video.
- You get to “meet” the performer or speaker of choice via conference call.
- Once everything is agreed upon, we’ll do the rest of the work for you. We’ll work with your venue. You will receive specific details, step by step. All you have to do is sit back, and be confident that part of the event has now been taken care of for you.
